But instead of rolling out the welcome mat, he shipped her off to the USA and Europe to learn how the big players did it! The result? Mind. Blown.
Over there, every detail is measured, every strategy is razor-sharp and the stakes are high. Jess saw what tradeshows could be, and she came back determined to shake things up in Australia.
